At Hemming Design, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that timely and reliable shipping is an essential part of this experience. Therefore, we have developed the following shipping policy to help you understand the shipping process and what you can expect from us.

Shipping Methods

For most destinations, we offer a single shipping method to our customers, this standard shipping. The shipping method will be provided during the checkout process. For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium you can select expedited shipping. We are working to have this option available for every region.

Shipping Fees

We charge shipping fees based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. However, please note that processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons. For shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium we ship our orders on Thursdays. We are still a small operation and rely on external printing of our products. Because of this we can't always send our products as quickly as we want. We're trying our best to get your order to you as soon as possible but keep in mind this could take 3-5 business days if you're a costumer outside of the Netherlands.

Delivery Time

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.
Here are some estimates for the regions we currently ship to:
The Netherlands & Belgium: 3-5 working days
EU: 5-14 working days
United Kingdom: 5-14 working days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that we believe may be fraudulent or violate our shipping policy.
